Vishal Pipeline & Engineering Projects Private Limited, erstwhile known as Vishal Enterprises, was established in 1977 by the visionary leader Shri Sanjay Narottamchand Garg in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

After a change in the constitution, on 21st December 2012 under the company Act-1956, Vishal Enterprises was registered as Vishal Pipeline & Engineering Projects Private Limited (VPEP).
